so, in one day i lost one pound. and i weighed myself after eating! so that means there could be room for more weight loss. only .2 lbs and i would have lost 2 lbs. any way todays menu:

Breakfast: 3 egg whites 2 sausage patties (vegan) jalepenos = 6 carbs
Lunch: 3 egg whites, 2 sausage patties and hot sauce = 5 carbs
snack
