I finally caved in and bought the book and ketostix too off ebay for really cheap. under ten for both items. i wanted to start when i got the items but i figure they will be motivating for me to stay in this lifestyle.
I weighed myself maybe two weeks ago and i am 208 however TOM and water weight jumped right in. 214 the scale read today. i know its water weight though. until maybe 1-2 weeks then i know what i will really weigh.
I am going to make some salad, and some salmon for dinner. maybe just a salad as a snack for now and then some cheese to keep me full and i will grab some salmon for dinner cook it up!!
I decided to also grab the carbs out of my pantry,,, soup and pasta and give it to the hungry.
works out great since its the hollidays

6 pounds of water wieght seems very accurate. so when i get on the scale after two weeks (which by the way i will not weigh myself for induction)
and i am hoping for a -10 pound drop. that seems to be the average but i do understand that not everyone has this.
Im getting married next june and i want to be at my goal weight. the induction is so hard any one else have this problem? I am just having one **** of a time with it.
i went shopping this morning for my food to start induction. lettuce, green onion, mushrooms, eggs, salmon, cheese. pretty good and i have bought my self a shabby little water bottle too

I bought a pedometor for work since we walk so much around the hospital.
and it has a calorie burn as well.
i had a goal to become under 200 pounds by the end of the year but i doubt that will happen so i really need to keep saying to myself slow and steady wins this race. and to be patient with it.
I am going to buy some perfume when i lose my 10 pounds. then every 5 i will buy myself something like perfume. i need some any way ha ha ha.
I'll need so much support with this. gosh i hope i can do it.
