
day two is so easy too!!! i ran three miles yesterday and stretched. then i came home and ate. well, today i ate breakfast and it was SO DELICIOUS!!
3 eggs, 1 tbls salsa, 1/2 avocado and 1/4 cup of mexican cheese. oh and mushrooms. it was so good and it tasted a bit salty i was going to add salt to it but decided not to thank goodness. i dont know why it took me 6-7 attempts to do this but i am very much on my way to getting through these weeks. its day two and i checked my ketosticks and it shows trace amounts of ketones. im really rather impressed with myself. for lunch today i ate 2 veggie dogs honey mustard a salad with romaine lettuce and i made my very first olive oil, vinegar dressing and had a cheese stick. and im drinking up on my water... off to the gym. not running 3 miles maybe just one and some weights. man i feel like i have achieved already!! cant wait til i get to my goal!!! **peace**
