i usually have water weight because of my birth control and now i am getting out of induction in 3 days. well instead of my water weight being 210-212 im estimating that im already about 195 or a little less than that. which would be so cool. this week is my off week so i am going to the gym and cleaning. i have to work 3 out of my 7 days off which is fine, but i have to work and i may be more tired.
food intake is great. i love what i can eat on this life style. im going to make low carb shrimp tacos for dinner one night.
i do have a problem however. im very concerned with the weight my fiance has put on. as i have lost 80 and i encouraged him to get a gym membership, he has only gone a few times. im seeing his heaping piles of rice, chicken, and tortillas, with sweetened tea. with sugar. but we have normal sized dinner plates and he piles the food so high!! i've noticed he's starting to get a belly too. his face is puffy. he's 36 and we dont have kids yet but i want him around as long as possible. i need to tell him that im concerned but i dont know how to. i think i could just say hey i've noticed this lets do something about it - nicely of course
or encourage him to come work out with me. we have pleanty of veggies but all he ever wants is carbs and meat. i wish he would lower his amount of food on his plates and stop over eating. he gets heart burn so much and all i can do is give him co- cola, and alka seltzer. i tell him everything that i learn from my dieting experience like hey babe did you know that... or guess what i learned today. he tells me all the time he is proud of me and i know its sincere yet he does nothing for his own health.
i need to encourage getting him to walk with me and drink more water. i make healthy dinners like vegan chicken tortilla soup. he doesnt eat cheese. but he loved the soup. i made it from scratch. i make such healthy meals. breakfast he eats a lot and then doesnt want to eat all day so i make him a sandwhich and he wont take it with him.
