i got my marathon money from my grandpa. going to register tonight. very excited. ive been doing tons of exercise. oh man. i ran for 2 1/2 miles today out side. fell. lol but im ok a little sore.
i feel that ketosis is back from the cheat days i had. i've got a delicious dinner coming my way tonight.

probably equivalent to about 4. 7 net carbs
i've been walking tons at work, then running this week. (very addicting) then i have a dance marathon tomorrow. 6 hours long or more! lol
its going to be a blast.
hydration is a must.
im hoping to drop ten pounds in march. i hope i can do it. god please i hope i can do it. more would be phenomenal but if i have to settle with like 8-10 pound loss im ok with that. its progress. every lb i lose is 1 sec or more subtracted from my time as a runner. my off week is soon so ill get the car which means im hitting the gym. i like having this one week run only then one week run and weights. i really need to start doing ab workouts on my on week while im at home.
