oh well. i started tonight and im only going to do the 2 weeks since i have to start running. if i can last the rest of the month on induction i will do that. i gained around 5 lbs. i am really not sure if its because of my eating behavior, or hormones. so i will only check the scale 1x per week.
grocery shopping is in 2 days. im taking a friend with me because she has asked for my help with losing weight. (since ive already done 90 lbs alone my friends are confident
enough to ask me for help i will help them how i can)any way. my sister weighs 25 more lbs than i do and she is going to try to low carb it too. (the scale is finicky right now im not sure of my real weight-)
the hardest part is finding the energy to run and when to run and i wish i had a tredmill.
so i have to figure out a running path, do some exercise at home and go to the gym when i can on my off week. i have to run 4 miles tomorrow. which will be to the park and back. wow. i can wake up at like 5 or 6 pm. then it would take me about an hour to run (?) maybe.
and be home at around 6:30 or seven and still have enough time to: clean, cook, and get ready for work.
I am going to be drinking my green tea. i love it. with a pack of splenda its really great.
i have noticed i do not like white rice any more. one addiction i had bad was white rice. i would roll up white rice with soy sauce and wrap it up in a tortilla and eat it. not any more.
i have noticed that white rice leaves a weird taste in my mouth. so i do not like it any more. it tastes chemically. i do not like it any more. so that is great news!!
i checked the scale and it read 206.
i am going to be fasting
