This is basically my first day back on Atkins, it's been a long time. I have a bit of a problem staying on it, not because of the food but because of one **** of an addiction to Diet Mountain Dew which I can't have. I would get frustrated when I couldn't have soda, or I'd have too much pepsi one and bounce myself out of weight loss. Frustration as my husband would continue to lose weight and I would start gaining. So I'm trying again, this time with the dead set nature that I'm going off of the dew permanently and switching to mainly water with a little caffeine to get me through without headaches.
I've had so much water today it's not even funny. I'm constantly thirsty so I've been through 2 gallons of water alone today.

It's late here, 2:00am and I have to remind myself to stay the **** out of the vending machines at work. I work 3rd shift 3 days a week for 12 1/2 hour shifts, it gets kinda lonely in here and I have a tendancy to pig out at my desk while watching movies. (Lol, I have a great job, huh?). So it's just a bit hard to stay away from the machines but it's almost lunch time for me so I think I'm going to go to Walmart and dig something good up for dinner.
Gonna post this cuz I want to see what it looks like.
