Day two of my induction- was slightly disheartened to see a 1-pound weight gain on the scale but I'm ignoring it.

I've had one **** of a lot of water, just because I'm thirsty like mad and while drinking water can help flush you out, an over-abundance of water can overload the water cells. Plus, well, change of diet this hard means I'm sure I won't be that regular, was reading up on flax usage and stuff for during induction.

I'm going to hold off judgement for at least 2 weeks if not a month. Give it some time, don't panic, that's what I keep telling myself.

Didn't do much today, weekends are no good for exercise (I work 12 1/2 hour shifts, and I work an hour away and an hour back home so literally Fri-Sat-Sunday nights are go to work, come home, shower, go to bed. Get up, go to work, come home, shower, go to bed. But, I do have the weekdays off so that's where I'll be fitting in the brunt of exercise. Rest on the weekends.

Works pretty dead, so I'm just sitting here drinking water, wishing I had some dew, glad that I don't (not that it isn't next door in the vending machine but sssshhhhh). I think I'm gonna put in the movie Ironman and veg out and wait for customers. Saturday nights are the deadest nights of all.
