Well, thankfully I dropped that gained pound plus 2... on Day 3 of induction, no carb cravings as of yet, doing good there. Still plenty of water going down my throat so that's all good.

Been trying to make sure I'm getting enough vegetables in while keeping cheese count down, have a real issue with cheese, i love it love it love it. but that's okay, I'm doing all right so far.

This week I plan to start exercising, not sure what all I plan to do yet but it will be starting off slow. build up over time. I'm not in a big hurry for once in my life and I just have to keep telling myself that. Slow down, nothings going to happen overnight so I don't need to push through it blindly. Pushing through weight loss blindly is what got me here in the first place.
