Anyway, stepped on the scale this morning (which was actually yesterday morning as it's now 3:46 in the morning and I'm 2 hours from calling it a night)- and low and behold, a 4 pound gain... sigh. I'm pretty sure most of it is water weight as I can feel it in my ankles but I'm really mad and upset because well, I haven't gone above 268 in a year including major pizza binges and here I am, mess up one day and go from 266 to 270, and it just ticks me the **** off. I really never wanted to see 270 again. (I said that about 240, 250, and 260 but it crept up on me.)
Today was okay though, I went to the store, filled the house with the proper stuff, walked 1/2 an hour tonight, got myself an exercise DVD with resistance walking bands that I plan to kick into, and I'll just keep plugging away at it... Like I said, I'm pretty sure most of it is water, and it's not even humanly possible that I could have digested 14,000 calories it would actually take to gain 4 pounds... must not let the scale get to me.

I just need like 3 weeks solid with no mess ups to know if this is going to work for me or not.... hopefully I'm back on the right track.
