I just had 2 eggs and 3 pieces of bacon and it really made me nauseous. I hope this comes to an end shortly.

Also seem to be having a challenge with variety in my meal planning. I have a beef roast on for dinner, always nice to come home from church and have dinner ready. Anyhow, I don't have any cauliflower or cabbage, not sure what veggies to put with it. Guess I need to keep the pantry stocked better.

My weight was the same as yesterday and at first thought it might be 1/2 pound up. Would like to rev up the weight loss, but then again I am not exercising like I should be.

Time to get ready for Sunday School.
