Yesterday I had an Atkins friendly dinner, but today is my first full day. I woke up with a massive headache this morning, don't know if that is the Atkins flu already or if it is simply just a headache.
Sitting here sipping my tea, I'm planning out todays meals. For breakfast, I'm thinking quick and easy like an omelet with ham, tomato and cheese.
I've got a lot of food to get cooked today, so most likeley whatever I cook will be lunch, snack and dinner. I think after I eat breakfast and get dressed, the grill will be running for most of the day. More steaks, pork chops, chicken breasts, veggies, I'm a lean mean grillin' machine!
Weighed myself this morning, starting weight 168 on the nose. I didn't measure yet, I'll do that when the beatnik in my head stops playing the bongos.
Update: Didn't get as much cooked today as I wanted, but I did get some grilling done this evening. I just did not feel good all day long, I'm ready for the induction flu to be over with.

B: Omelet - 2 eggs w/tbsp heavy cream, 1/4 cup diced ham, 12 grape tomatoes, 2 oz cheese
L: 1 link Bratwurst, 1/2 cup sauerkraut
D: Steak, 2 cups salad w/caesar dressing, grilled asparagus 8 stalks
S: Atkins Daybreak peanut butter bar
Carbs: 20g
