Feeling much, much better today! I think I'm past the "Induction Flu".
Made the same thing for breakfast today, a ham/tomato/cheese omelet, yummy! I think sometime today I will make a crustless quiche so I have something that is easier to take to work with me. Yesterday got some grilling done, more to do today. Need to make sure I have plenty of food to take to work throughout the week.
Last night I burned the asparagus, I have another bunch to grill up today, I'll watch them a little more closely this time. Also leared that it's hard to grill round cut squash and zuchini, next time definitely cut them on the diagonal. Eh, it's a learning process I guess.
Better get going, lots to do today, this house is a mess and I need to get to cleaning it up!

L: 2 cups lettuce (iceberg and bib), 4.5 oz grilled chicken breast, 2 tbsp caesar dressing, 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
