Week 1 weigh in
Down 4.4 lbs! I was pretty perfect all week til yesterday, when I didn't go too nuts... Everything was good except a glass of wine, a couple of other drinks w/a sugary liquer, and some strawberries, which I know I should hold off on a bit longer. Treated myself to some Culver's cheese curds today, which may have too much breading, also going to dinner tonight and will try to modify what I usually get there... But off to a happy start, energy level is definitely up, I still need to work on portion control and to get back to exercising, but I'm feeling good about this for real. I actually had a dream in which I had gotten myself a bowl of cereal w/banana and then threw it away even in the dream, craziness! So maybe this is actually sinking in and clicking this time, I just need to keep reminding myself how well it works for me...Tags: None
