Okay fatass! Its time to get your lazy buns off the couch and actually do something about losing weight istead of watching infomertials, and being jealous of all the people who are paid to look good!

Eat more meat! Pork, beef, burgers without the bun, whatever you like.
Eat your oils, olive oil etc. Fry your meat in butter to increase the fat percentage.
Make sure you eat 2-3 cups of salad depending on the veggie you prefer.
Add bacon and cheese in your eggs
Plus, so I can nag a bit more, increase your carbs a bit.. keep it near the 20g limit.
And drink water till you feel it will run out of your ears
