I am still holding a total pounds lost, 9 lbs. I keep yo yoing up and down 1 lb. My DH says he thinks I am losing inches. I recently did my measurements so I will try to check them in one month for any movement. I am trying the OWL rung one, but have to rely on the board daily for answers to ?'s I am not able to exercise as much this week, as I am having finals at school and working extra. But, asap I will get back at it, especially if I have a free hour or two.
