just starting with plenty of fails
this will be my second time around. i had a baby in feb 2009 and gained 50lbs. my last weigh in before i delivered was 200lbs. i've never weighed so much and for so long
. i started atkins almost right away along with my husband who went right up to 200 with me. well we started atkins and within a couple of months i was down to 150's and my husband went down to 170. guess we got a little comfortable and stopped for a little while thinking that the rest of the weight would just magically melt off. i want to be down to 130lbs. i want to feel sexy again
. so here is the first day im starting. i actual started last week but the scale went down 7 and up 2 and when it went up i threw a fit and ate all the carbs i wanted
so this time i am not stepping on the scale EVERY day. wish me luck!
