ok purple stick all the way. yay! now im watching everything closer. still 149. damn it. this week mini goal is to be down atleast to 147 scary. but i have to get back on track. if i didnt mess it i would already be there. I'm tired. worked for another hospital this week put in an extra 14 hours. tired so tired. but my weight is going to be my first priority. mini goal 20 min on treadmill. wish me luck
