Well, I got through the day yesterday.I did treat myself to a piece of Hersheys Special Dark SF candy though.
I wasn't going to give myself back to sugar, just to eat my way through a box of chocolates. I feel good today too.
I still haven't budged the darn scale but I know I haven't cheated either.
My car is in the shop for the week so my 5 yr old and I will take another walk today. The sun is shining and it's a bit chilly but I'm looking forward to it!Have an awesome day all!!!!!
