so, i started yesterday at 250, so far all is well ate 2 eggs with a slice of cheese for breakfast and a salad for lunch, snacked on cheese, when got off work i went home and had some bacon wrapped filet bites and cauliflour, that was pretty good then had a half of a ribeye for a late dinner. my goal is to spend no more than $50 a week on groceries and absolutely no eating out until my cheat day. i slept better last night than i have (without the assist of sleepaids) in a while, bought some yummy stuff at publix last night to keep me full and am going to make it a goal to get up by 5:50am so I have time to prepare breakfast and my lunch. I feel happy today, trying to stay busy and make sure i'm prepared for the next couple days b/c those are always the hardest, I will be exhausted tomorrow and thursday but friday it will be game on. I must find pics to post.
