Wow, yesterday I got home and couldn't resist getting on the scale because I was in the bathroom alot all day and my urine is starting to have that "scent". To my surprise I was at 244, that's 6lbs down since starting on monday. I'm very happy and feeling pretty good, no exhaustion or loss of energy yet. Now, I do have one issue though, in the past couple years I have been losing my hair and it seems that the only time I really lose it or my scalp gets aggrivated is when I'm on this diet. Everyone says that when you start any diet, and I would think especially this one bc of the drastic change in vitamin intake you could experience from not being able to eat certain foods, you should always take a multi so I'm going to start that as of today. Hopefully this takes care of the problem, but anyone who reads this and has had the same problem, please message me so we can compare notes.Anyway, I had hot and sour soup with shrimp for dinner yesterday and chocolate coolwhip with reddiwip on top (lol) for dessert, so all was well. Still going good and cant wait to get this off of me.Tags: None
