Now see, I fell off again a week ago because I was trippin, but I got back on this past monday and I am DETERMINED! It's about to be spring and I wanna go to the beach (cuz it's right across the street) and not feel like a fat chick. I'm 5 days in and I've dropped roughly 7 pounds, I'm not craving anything, have only had one soda all week, and so far, no wine. I'ma stick to it this time. I figure I will start a workout routine at the end of my induction but I need to start walkin or something because I know I'm supposed to exercise, just not motivated!
