So I couldn't resist the temptation this weekend... I had some wine.
But oh well, at least I didn't go all the way off and carb out! I'm back in stride this morning, I was pretty good as far as food goes this weekend, I did have some fried chicken last nite, but hey, I ain't perfect, and the fact I havent had one super sugar relapse is good for me. I got on the scale this morning and it was at 238 so it looks like a gained two pounds (which is probably because I'm bloated). Hoefully I will start to exercise this week.
