Boy did I drink alot of wine this weekend, and I even ate some sugar free popsicles, that was about the extent of my cheating this weekend. I'm a little hungry today, forgot my salad when I left the house this morning so I ate half a leanbody gold bar, has 10 net carbs in the whole bar but I only ate half, it was either that or an ostrim stick but wasn't really in the mood for salt. I hope that doesn't hinder me but that's why I only ate half, I will save the other half till later this week. A good thing, I have been drinking alot more water than any other time on the diet and I feel better, last week I didn't have as much as I wanted, and I was drinking soda all weekend so this is a good cleanse. Maybe I will start the gym this week.
