I've been trying to avoid the scale, but broke down this am... and was bummed to see it was at 169.2 All I can figure is it's all the exercise I've started & that I'm gaining more muscle. So, I'll try not to let the numbers discourage me... I know I'm rigorous about staying on plan, so I'm not beating myself up. I do think I can cut back more on the splenda, tho. Right now I'm going to search the BB for posts about exercise/weight gain correlation... I know there's gotta be something on there about it! I have a physical for work tomorrow & don't want to be shocked (unhappily) as I usually am when their scale & mine don't agree... Oh well, like I said -I know I'm doing all the best things for me, I just have to have patience to see it pay off.
