Workout Routine: Walked a lot at the mall today....does that count????
I soaked in a tub of hot water and epsom salts for about 30 minutes again.What did I eat today:
Breakfast: Chicken Breast, celery and green beans with ranch dressing.
Lunch: 3 pieces of turkey breast lunch meat, rolled in lettuce with mayo, black olives, and banana peppers.
Dinner: Egg salad, 2 pieces of celery with cream cheese, and handful of raw green beans.
Water Intake: 42oz, I added fresh mint and a slice of lemon to every bottle. Tasted great!
Observations: II'm going to take Gene's suggestion and going to add more protien to my snacks...really overall diet.
