So I did my shopping, got the right book and all and Im ready to start! I had sausage and cheese for lunch and a cinnamon roll bar and tried a double choc caramel advantage bar (yum!) and for dinner I made steak stir fry.
Day one is ok!
I didn't know so many bars were allowed in induction, yes I know it has to be in moderation, but at least there is something almost sweet!

OK, I didn't know the bars were allowed on induction. I just thought it was a total of 20 carbs per day with 12-15 of it in veggies. I am on day 11 so I am by no means an expert, wondering where you got the bar info as I think I would like those better than some foods.
