So its the evening of day 3.

Day one was a bit of an experiment. Not being a cook normally, I practiced with making some foods... dont laugh.. fried eggs, scrambled eggs, mock danish, fried onions, fried mushrooms.. boiled green beens with butter... lots of little experiments..

Finished up cooking a nice steak with 2 fried eggs, fried mushrooms and onions. Yum.. but it seems so wrong to be on a diet for weight loss involving what would usually be classed as high fat food.. oh well.

Day 2 saw me having a breakfast of bacon and eggs, lunch of egg mayo with cold bacon, and fried chicked with buttered green beans... another day of YUM!... Had the mother of all headaches mid afternoon, didnt go away completely.. been drinking about 3 or 4 litres of water a day too... hmmmm.


Day 3 ... was off work today, could not concentrate at all due to the headache and constipation.. Luckily I am the boss, so I can stay home whenever I want... at last a benefit to being where the buck stops!.. Had egg and bacon for brunch... followed up with a mid afternnon snack of cold bacon and egg mayo again and a load of flax seeds to act as "little shovels"!!! In the evening I have had 2 pork chops, 2 fried eggs and a heap of green beans..

Been putting fibre additive in my water since day one.. may try some other additives. constipation now fixed for now!! Not the little shovels working yet... just patience, a little pain and pulling funny faces! lol sorry TMI
