Well... its almost the end of week 3, tomorrow night will be my traditional weigh and measure night.

So how do I feel it went?

Been to the gym 3 times this week, which isnt perfect, but its something.. each visit was 60 mins of cardio. Its getting harder to get my heartrate up, which shows my fitness is improving.

I dont think I have lost any weight this week. Maybe I have lost a fraction of an inch somewhere, who knows.

My fat seems to have a different consistancy now... less firm.. is this the fat being replaced with water? is this less dense fat? or is it nothing and my imagination?!?!?

Made some mashed faux-tatoes last night, not as a meal, but as a taste experiment... came out really nice.

Did a Candida test this morning, stringly tenticles in the water would indicate I have a yeast problem as well as a weight problem.. I will investigate this further, I may alter my diet mildly and add some supliments to poison the yeast a little as an experiment.. I think going the whole hog with a candida atkins diet would push me off the waggon right now.

Seem to be getting some spots comming up here and there.. not sure if its connected, down to stress or down to it just being warm weather here.

Also being taking a good quality multi vitamin supliment this week every day.. it can only do good. I also ordered some expensive supliments as recommended by Dr Atkins in the book, which apparently help weight loss.

Also thinking about taking up kick boxing or something with my son to get him more active and away from the xbox which promises to make him turn out fat like me!
