Help my headache wont go!

Hi everyone hope your having a carb free wonderful weekend im doing well weighed myself like usual this morning im exactly185lb not bad.Anyone know a cure for a severe headache ive tooken tablets and drank aswell they say drink water but headache not going lying in bed with the pain and because of it i have not eaten no appetite.

Are you on Induction? If so this may be the Induction flu. I know caffeine is a no-no, but for me two extra strength Excedrin are the best thing in the world for my headaches.

If you can't get Excedrin there, it is a combo of aspirin (salicylic acid), acetominaphen (panadol there), and caffeine. So one each of the tablets with a cup of strong coffee...?

Thanx 4 your advice i am on induction again could be that but this never happened last time now the headaches keep coming and very painful will change my tabs thanx again.
