I have decided to do this - I have been thinking about it for a number of months. I have known all this time that if I committed to this again, it would be for the last time. For life.

I am recommitting to this WOL. I have not decided yet if I am restarting on Sunday or Thursday (various reasons) but I am starting!

What will I do this time? I will go through the rungs quicker. (by the book) The last time, I stayed on induction until I reached goal weight. Then, I just quit. Bad idea! This time, it is rung by rung...
