I should've taken my measurements at the begining of Induction but I thought it might depress me too much, so I'm holding on to the hope that I'm losing inches as I type. As one of those lucky metabolic resistant people, I'm desperate to make this a sucess. So, okay, gameplan: I know my two glasses of Diet Pepsi are badbadbad and since that has been my only deviation from this WOE, I am going to have to give it up, gulp.
I've been walking three miles a day but I could start by adding in another half hour of "something", since I have a whole box of exercise videos collecting dust. Okay then... we'll see what that does for me by the end of November. I always feel better after one of my pep talks.Oh, and I'm not getting on that dang scale until then! That thing has too much power on my state of mind!
