Well I don't know if I've lost weight or inches, I've decided to just keep up with the program, get exercise and have fun. I feel so good that feeling good alone is making any sacrifices worthwhile. But I don't really feel like I've had to give up much considering how good I'm feeling at the moment. I have a wheat allergy so I couldn't eat most processed breads and pastas anyway. I love not being hungry all the time like on low calorie diets. Life is good.
