Monday. Enough said. Didn't get in my veggie carbs yesterday. I am gonna struggle at this. I got up at BF. (eggs, bacon, cheese) then for lunch I had a chicken ceasar salad which was fine but I had to go get a hair cut and shop and didn't make it home till like 7:30 and the only thing ready was wings which were ok for plan but I had no veggies. So anyway, I have to figure out how to force veggies into my hectic schedule. M-F will be probably fine as far as lunch goes and maybe supper cuz I plan for it. so we will aim for at least the next 5 days of getting the veggie carbs in.
