Well, another weekend over. Feeling pretty good. I am so trying to make a water challenge for myself. I saw that I didn't drink enough yesterday or the day before. The new book says you can count your regular drinks towards your total and I can't even say I was close. Maybe 1/2. I know thats probably why I retain so much fluid. I think you have to flush it all out. Well, to start if I can drink 64oz today I will see how I feel tomorrow. I also am starting to think I have to decrease my protien. I guess I didn't pay attention to how many grams I should have been eating a day. I have been a pretty good bit over. That is gonna be a challenge. I love my meat. I love my cheese and a MIM has like 14 gms alone. I saw that if i eat MIM for BF and then 6 oz of meat at lunch and dinner that I am over by like 50gm. I don't get that. I'll have to play around with everything. I need to MAKE myself start eating more salads. I think that is the key. Well, off to get ready for the week. Ball starts tomorrow with both boys having practice ..we will be gone from early morning to late evening.
