Nice morning, one helluva afternoon. Drama kids returned overly excited about their field trip and not terribly focused. One good thing... really looking forward to this weekend's seminar. I'll pack a few food items just in case.

Breakfast: bacon and eggs in a lowcarb wrap
Lunch: tuna salad in a lowcarb wrap, hummus, broccoli
Supper: cottage cheese, shrimp stirfry with chinese veggies and garlic sauce
