Didn't sleep much last night for worrying about my son. Arrived in my classroom this morning and did ok for breakfast, a low-carb tortilla, a string cheese, 2 slices of turkey, a little mayo. Lunch was a challenge, but made it through... the team wanted to go to lunch at Panera (Oh! The bagels!!!) where I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad. Supper... well we had all these avocados about to go bad. I mashed 'em into guacamole. I'm talking 6 avocados, two dollops of sour cream, a tablespoon or so of lime juice. Polished off the whole damn bowl along with half a bag of pork rinds.
And I don't feel better, didn't improve my relationship with my son one bit, didn't help one iota.
This is just stoopid.
On a positive note, I lost a couple more pounds. Yay!
