1 slice swiss
2 scrambled eggs with butter
1 small tomato diced

Lunch:
6 chicken wings, coated in carbalose flour and deep fried (dunno I want to do this again... they tasted better w/o the flour)
Ott's wing sauce
butter
1T blue cheese dressing
1 jalapeno stuffed with cream cheese and fried

Snack:
Breyer's CarbSmart ice cream
SF chocolate syrup

Supper:
2 egg omelet
3 oz cheddar
1 c mushrooms
butter
2T sour cream

Nighttime binge:
2 avocados
splash of lime
1 small tomato
2 oz regular pork rinds
1/2 c hummus
2 oz bbq pork rinds

4380 calories...
338 g fat
100 carbs - 42 g fiber = 58 net carbs

Or at least that's what I can remember. The rest of the day was a blur. I need to journal, figure out what's going on. I feel horrible.
