Breakfast:
Starbuck's latte

Lunch:
broccoli florets and caesar
turkey with mayo

Dinner:
roast
spinach and romaine salad with caesar

net carbs 40... 24 in the freakin' latte... won't do that again!

This morning so far:

breakfast:
flax muffin
2 eggs scrambled

snack:
2 string cheeses
roast beef

lunch:
chicken wings

I need veggies...

The cravings are less than they were yesterday, and I'm grateful.
