1/30 40 crunches, 3x12 reps all individual muscle groups, 30 mins cardio
I'm getting it back slowly. When I was working out regularly I would do 3 circuits plus the cardio 3 to 4 x a week. I was also starting to run on the track as my weight went down. Yes, I ran a lap for the first time in my life.
I am determined to get back to that place and beyond... if God be with me.
