I stepped on the scale and was happy to see 151 that means a total of 12 lbs in 4 weeks. My weight loss has not been as quick as some (DH has lost 16...he even cheats) ...but as long as I'm going down. I can feel it in my clothing. Just starting branching out into low carb recipes that I've found on the internet. Getting under 150 will be a big step for me emotionally. For the fifth week I intend to step up exercise and work on getting in my water. I do have a funny taste in my mouth, I assume it is ketosis.
