I can't believe that I am starting week 6. I think my fatigue is better it took me a while. I have started making sure that I am spreading my eating throughout the day. Checking my blood sugar my fatigue seems to happen when my blood sugar drops below ninty. When I was a teen and thin I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia. I think as an adult I used breads and candies to maintain my blood sugar levels. Those not being avaliable I need to make sure I'm eating a little protein several times per day; it doesn't take much. Eating more frequently has seemed to stablize my blood sugar drops and therefore my fatigue. I am branching out a little more on my meals trying more recipes. I love oppsie rolls (I make with a little onion salt and dill), pumpkin has also become a favorite, and the califlower cheese bake-my family loved. I only dropped about a half of a pound this week but over all i've lost 12.5 since the start.Tags: None
