Day 4 and all is well!

I finally logged onto my FitDay account again. It's been a while since I used it but it's kinda hard to find exactly what you're looking for. I know these tools are just guidelines, but I was surprised to find my fat intake to be as high as it was. I've really been trying to ramp up on the fat (it doesn't do to be scared of it), and I know it will even out by the end of the day, but so far I'm:

Fat: 73%
Pro: 21%
Car: 6%

That's not that far off the 65/30/5 mark. By the time I eat my salad at lunch and my veggies with dinner I'll probably be right on the money.

I'm finding the extra fat right now is making Induction much more bearable! Cool little tool!
