Haha, it's not quite that bad, but it truly is a love / hate relationship!

I love the way it feels after it's over, but I hate doing it. Well, to be truthful, it's getting started that's the problem. Once I'm doing it there usually isn't too much problem.
I'm finding the trick to have a variety of things that keep me moving and active. I ride my bike, I walk the dog, I walk on the treadmill, I have my various monthly challenges going on. A little bit of this, a little bit of that, throughout the day and I've burned up 300-400 calories.
I'm not looking to be an athlete or anything (at least not at this point), just more active. I still have a few other tricks up my sleeve that I'd like to pull out any time now, like yoga, swimming, and any of my endless exercise videos that sport my dvd rack.
This time around has definitely taken on the theme of "Slow and Steady Wins the Race". I'm not feeling worried about getting it all done right now, like in the past. Always in a hurry, for what. Life is long and once I get where I'm going I'm still on the journey. Everything's eventual (as Stephen King has so aptly told us), and all things in their time....
.....I'm waxing cliche, it's time so go......
