Day 2 of my Re-Induction, and I'm not so sad feeling today. It's amazing what a good night's sleep will do for you.

I'm considering ditching my Crystal Lite and other sweeteners. I like them, and they don't make me stall, but maybe the "sweetness" of it makes it easier for me to slip, or encourages it, or something. I don't know. Just a thought.

I have a batch of water I made this morning that I'll finish (probably about a litre of it left), but after that I'm going to try to leave it alone. I don't always drink it, and often have plain water, but I found that in the last week or so I've been rather smitten with it.
Well, today's another day and I'm ready to give it my all. Bring it on!
