Now this is NOT a criticism! But, as I am reading more and more entries and blogs I see that some people seem to be disappointed with 1 to 2 lb a week losses and perhaps I will feel the same but is that unrealistic?
Thats 52 to 104 pounds a year. Is this not a sensible weight loss that allows your body to adjust?
I see on here people who have far exceeded this and I want to be one of them so am I setting myself up for a fall if I do not achieve these kinds of results?
Man, theres something about blogging that just helps with those random thoughts in my head!
