Excuse:

Tomorrow is my 31st Birthday!! My boyfriend of 10 years parents are in town and have been staying with us and are going to take us out to my favorite Thai restaurant. I am not only celebrating my birthday, but the 10 pounds that I have lost on Atkins and the fact that I have now been a non-smoker for 28 days!! I will not go off the deep end but I am going to have fried catfish covered in Thai Peanut sauce. I dont think that this will set me back too bad and I do feel bad about it, who knows I may not even like it anymore. But I am not above stating the truth and admitting that I did cheat.

I will resume my devotion to Atkins in the morning without another birthday in sight until November (BF's).
