Ugh.

Yeah, I think that sums it up nicely. Apparently it takes me a lot to learn my lesson. Maybe 8 times is a charm for me.

Back in the early 2000s I went on Atkins and lost 30+ pounds and was a phenom at it! Then I screwed back and gained it all back and then some, and then some!

I've retried it several times since then and each time I think "I'll have a cheat day and go right back on the next day", and surely enough its 3 months later and I've packed it on again.

This time, I have a goal. I have a reason. I have my May 1st wedding, I have higher blood pressure than I ever have and we want to start a family as soon as we are back from our honeymoon. I want to be thinner for my wedding, I want to be a healthy mom, I want to be one of those pregnant women that looks good!

Day 3 is almost down and I've been perfect. I've walked all three days, I've done aerobics once and plan to do weights tonight. Here's to my and others' success! For the last and final time!
