Monday I woke up at 4:00am to drive my sweety to her final conference and this morning my fat cat decided that I must wake up at 3:30am to feed him and was quite persistent and annoying until I got up at 4:30am to feed him and then decided, after he ate, that I really needed to get up NOW so he harassed me until 5:00am when I finally threw my hands up and went and made a pot of coffee.

If he wasn't so cute I'd skin him alive!

So I'm working on two days of about 5-6 hours of sleep.

But hey, its day 15 and I'm still cheat free, I'm still under 230 (yet haven't budged in days) and I'm still in ketosis. Today I'm not walking at lunch but I will be exercising tonight. Its time to ramp up my aerobics to the 30 minute routine from the 20 minute routine.
