After over a week of being incredibly careful my body has finally dropped the 4 pounds it gained unexplanably last week. Finally back down to 226. So that makes 12 pounds from my recent starting point, and 16 pounds from my highest which was a couple months ago. My hunny has also been doing it with me and has lost 14 pounds. Yay!
Now that my back is feeling better I can begin to exercise again starting tomorrow and I'm really glad we invested in workout stuff over the weekend. What we have:
2 Yoga Mats
2 Pilate Balls
4 sets of resistance bands
2 sets of hand weights (3 lb and 5 lb)
4 new sports bras
3 TurboJam dvds
1 Bollywood exercise dvd
1 Ballroom Dancing exercise dvd
1 Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga dvd
1 Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd
1 Ball Pilates dvd
We also have a pretty decent gym in our apartment building so I think that gives me NO excuse not to be exercising. Oh, also investing in new sneakers this week as mine are losing their support.
We've also decided to move to decaf coffee when our current can runs out. We're going with Dunks coffee so at least it will taste good. I'm hoping that my desperate need for caffeine in the morning is simply habit versus addiction.

Trying to get my hunny to lay off the cheese sticks is proving difficult. She's eating 4-5 of them a day it seems. And she wonders why she's constipated

Good luck and keep up the good work.
What about adding the decaf coffee to the existing can of regular until both are gone? Kind of a poor mans step down program. Might be a little easier than cutting off the caffeine cold turkey. I know coffee lovers are hardcore about their coffee.
